WEll, you didn't post the suggestion you got earlier. It's helpful if you
reply to original threads rather than starting new ones so those of us who
answer don't have to search back and see if we can find a previous post. My
suggestion is to check to see if the following keys are present. If not, add
them.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Rpc\ClientProtocols]
"ncacn_np"="rpcrt4.dll"
"ncacn_ip_tcp"="rpcrt4.dll"
"ncadg_ip_udp"="rpcrt4.dll"
"ncacn_http"="rpcrt4.dll"
If you've already tried that, please post back in this same thread.

The original reply was to create a new profile. I
created a new profile and I am still getting errors. I
tried your response and they were installed. The error
is now "Cannot Find Exchange Server." When I try to
create the new account I cannot check my name. It keeps
showing that the Exchange Server cannot be found. Then
it tells me to verify I am connected to the network.

Ok, well, this does tend to happen as Outlook 2003 had some changes with how
it connected to the server. You can try to edit the hosts file and add an
entry for your server.
If you need help with how to do that, post back. You will have to reboot
after changing the hosts file. Also try to use the full domain name for your
server (ie servername.domainname.com) if the changes to the hosts file don't
work.

Hello,
The origional message was to create a new profile. I
created one and it does not work. I tried your suggestion
and they were all installed. The error now is the
Exchange Server cannot be located. I reinstalled Outlook
2002 and it works fine.
