When trying to close outlook I get this error. CiceroUIWndFrame (program not responding) What might be causing this.Also the icon stays in the task bar and the only way to remove it is to reboot. Thanks. get http://sunflowerhead.com/software/knockout/ so you can see if outlook is left running and if it is, you can close it from the tray. try disabling the speech and handwriting support.
