I Have Outlook 2000.  I want to access my hotmail accout
through Outlook, but can't find out how to do this.  Is it
possible to set up an account for hotmail,or do I need to
upgrade to Outlook 2003 or 3? Any tips gratefully received

outlook2000 doesn't support hotmail - you need 2002/2003 or OE.

You might want to look at article 195500. It gives a work-
around for this.
