I recently upgraded a computer to XP and Outlook 2003
from Outlook 2000 (where everything worked fine).
I am using multiple profiles in Outlook with a cached
Exchange profile. Calendar, tasks and contacts are stored
in a PST folder.
I'm having difficulty synchronizing (calendar, tasks and
contacts) with my iPAQ using ActiveSync 3.7.1
I am receiving the following message:
Microsoft Outlook is no longer installed, so ActiveSync
cannot continue to run.  To continue synchronization,
reinstall Microsoft Outlook.  If you no longer want to
synchronize ..
Synchronization of the INBOX is not necesary however it
WILL synchronize with the OST INBOX.  It will not even
sync with the OST calendar, tasks or contacts.  ?!?
Thank you,  Terri

Did you make new profiles or use the same ones you used with the older
version? Try it with new profiles.
