I helping a client solve this problem:

My client added a new CONTACT account to Outlook 2003
w/Business Contact Manager.  Since doing that, they now
get this message everytime they try to access the exisitng
contacts account -

"The form required to view this message cannot be
displayed" - "Array index out of bounds"

Any help or suggestion would be very appreiciated.

BCM sometimes has what's known as a "forms cache" problem. Clearing the
cache usually fixes it. Choose Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options |
Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear Cache.
