Hello,

I have the following setting: Exchange Server and Outlook
Clients. Each Client is configured to use Personal Folders
in its corresponding PC and Delivery is set to Personal
Folder. But there is a user which must be able to see
another users SERVER folder (lets say for new messages
while the owner is absent) without these messages been
downloaded to his Personal Folder.

Is there a way to do that ?

Waiting for a reply.

Thank you.

Unless you want the user to copy the items manually, delivery would need to
be set to the mailbox, not a PST file. PST = BAD
