Converting old Outlook Express Address book to Outlook

I am wondering how to convert my old Outlook Express
Address book to Outlook. I have found the WAB file in
Express but have not found a way to inport/export it into
Outlook.

You need to import the .WAB into Outlook Express first and then use File |
Export in OE to export its contents to Outlook (and both Outlook and OE must
be on the same machine for this to work).
