MS Office Forum / Outlook / Interop / February 2004Signature files
I have a Windows XP machine with Outlook 2002 installed (Office XP). There are two profiles installed on the machine. The signature of the default profile keeps inserting into new e-mail on the alternate profile. When the alternate profile signature is changed, is appears under the default profile too. Can't we have a different signature for each profile? Message format is RTF. Thank you! Mail profiles or Windows profiles? Outlook 2002 and 2003 do not support different signatures for different mail profiles. If you are using Word as the Email Editor, you can create a new message, then RIGHT-click the default Signature. Create a NEW signature.
