This question has two parts regarding generating 'NEW
LETTER TO CONTACT' from the contact list.
#1 Is there a method of adding additional fields from
Outlook contacts into the standard letter format? I am
particularily interested in including the Company name
and Title fields to the inside address of the new letter.
#2.Is there a way to use a customized letter format when
using the 'NEW LETTER TO CONTACT' option form the pull
down menu?
Thanks
