import/export greyed out

My import/export feature is greyed out. I am using Outlook
2003 with all the upgrades and service packs. I have re-
installed at least 5 times! I have used other copies to
make sure it was not my copy. Still no import/export
available. What should I do??

Try View | Toolbars | Customize and reset the menu bar.
