calendar printing

When I print a calendar in month mode, I get the month (large) and two small
months at the top. The small months are the current and next month. I do not
need the current month repeated in the small version -- that month is already
printed large! How can get the small months to be the previous month and the
next month?

This cannot be done with Outlook's built-in print styles.  You might want to
take a look at some free Word templates that use your Outlook calendar data
to create a calendar in Word, which you can then customize to your liking.  I
personally use "My Outlook Calendar" and am very pleased with it -- and it
will print the previous and next month "thumbnail" calendars above the
current month.  Links to these templates can be found here:
