I found when an email is initiated from the Contact (New Message to
Contact), Outlook inserts the Contact information in the printed header when
I print the email.   Is there a way to remove the Contact information when I
print the email?

Never mind - I found it.  Inside the email, click VIEW then Options and
delete the Contact name next to CONTACT.
