I am trying to find a way to set up so that when I print a received email, it
will print in a particular font and size.

This needs to be a default as I am trying to set this up for someone who is
vision impaired and they would like to be able to print emails they receive
with a size 18-20 font

is there a way to do this?

I believe they have office XP

Hi Betsy,

Apparently a lot of people have the same problem, but what is the fix? I
received an email from someone that has a very nice watermark, but I cant
get it to print on the same page as the text!  I clicked "print preview" and
I get the message " Print preview is not available for HTML formatted
items."  My guess is its setup that way to thwart counterfeiters ( just a
guess), but it is still frustrating. Hope someone has a fix for this
situation.

Bert
