Shared Calender Printing

I and several other people within the department are unable to print shared
daily calendars. We can all print our own just not those that belong to other
staff memebers. We receive the following error message when trying to print a
shared calender: The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If
the problem persists, start Outlook again.

Our IT department wants us to reformat the hard drive. That seems awfully
extreme. Any ideas? I'm assuming there's a setting somewhere that's not quite
right.

After you hit print, press define styles.

Hit edit.  Make sure Taskpad is unchecked.

Saw this same problem at work.  You most likely do not have access to
the proxies taskpad.  It would be nice if Outlook put up a more useful
message.

Thank you so much! That did the trick - and all without reformating! *grin*
