Every time I print an email I get the time stamp on the bottom left hand corner of the page. Hi There, Thanks for your reply! I had tried removing the date from the header/footer window but unfortunately that didn't solve the problem. I shut down outlook after I made the changes to the ehader and footer then opened it up again but it didn't resolve the problem. This one has me stumped.
