I have a client who has strange text print out at the top of each e-mail she
prints. None of the other 50 people on their Exchange Server have this
problem.

The text is:
/O=DOMAIN/OU=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=USERNAME

Text is bold and appears at the very top of the printout. Any idea how to
prevent this?

Thanks,
Craig.

That appears to be the X400 address used internally by Exchange.  Perhaps
the alias for this person wasn't set correctly in AD.
