Headers in Outlook

I wonder if anyone can help with this problem. If someone chooses to print
out an email I have sent them, there is a line above their name in bold which
reads "LSHG Pathways - copy for page 4" and then to the right "Page 1 of 1".
At the bottom left of the sheet is the date. It looks like I have
inadvertently added a header and footer to my standard email message but in
examining templates I can find no header at all. Can anyone explain what this
might be and how to delete it?

are you sure it's part of your message and not configured in print options
on the recipients computer? If so, are you using stationery? It could be the
title of the stationery.
