MS Office Forum / Outlook / Printing / February 2007Remove username on the header when print any email
Is there any body know how to remove username shown on the header of email each time we print an email? Most of user in my office found that it was not convenient. Thanks Outlook doesn't support removing it. It should not be on the printout if you hit Forward and print. Close it after printing.
