Sent items not printing date and time sent in Outllok 2003

Hi,

Any help with the above would be greatly appreciated. I am totally baffled
because inbox items will print as expected. I have checked header/footer
options and just about everything I can think of, including mail format but
nothing has had any effect. Please advise.

Most likely you are trying to print header / footer information from an html
formatted email.

Printing from an HTML formatted email uses the IE print rendering engine.

Try using rich text or plain text. The header information will print
correctly.
