I have a client who cannot print e-mails from Outlook 2003. They disappear
into the system with narry a peep from the network printer. There are no
error messages at all. Anybody have any suggestions on how to fix this?
This issue started after a bad installation of IE7 was removed (it was
interruped by a power outage and never worked properly) and IE6 was restored.
The IE7 uninstall was messy, and IE6 is fairly impaired regarding features
above the basic stuff. Could this possibly be the cause?
The computer is using Windows XP Pro and is on a network environment.
I should offer an additional - if the client has an e-mail open and attempts
to open up the Print dialog box (Ctrl+P), nothing happens. The dialog box
does not open.
possibly. did you use system restore to go back paste the failed install?

It is a known problem [by Microsoft] that affects Outlook 2003 and IE7. MS
have promised a fix.
