I'm using Outlook 2002. There are 2 email accounts under my profile with
different user names, e.g. A & B, which A is default.
The problem is like this. When I send an email with B account and print it
out, it prints with A at the left top as user name instead of B as it should
be.
Can anyone help to solve this problem?
Many thanks.
Outlook will always use the default account name.

Hi Diane,
I found this post in a search for my problem. I had 2 user accounts in
OL2003 at one time. I have since deleted one account and designated the
other account as the default email account.
My email printouts is still showing the old account name when I print
emails. Based on what you are stating, it should show the default account
name.
Am I doing something wrong or missing another place I should be changing
something? I did all of the account default/deleting of old account under
Tools/Email Accounts and I actually deleted the old account and defaulted the
new account but it still shows the old account name on it.
We use WinXP/Office 2003 Pro and Exchange. Is there something I need to
do/change on the server end perhaps?
Thanks in advance!
