So, what happens when you try to print one of these emails, other than it
doesn't print? Do you get any error messages? Is she using Word as her
email editor?

She does not get any error message, and yes she is using Word as her email
editor

Do any of the users who try to print this email get any error messages? I
wouldn't expect any errors when she's composing and sending the message.
While I don't really expect it to make a difference, you might have her try
using the Outlook editor instead of Word as a quick test. Another fairly
simple thing to try is a new Outlook profile; I've seen damaged profiles
cause some really bizarre behavior.

1) No error messages when the users trys to print.
2) Will try Outlook editor and if that does not work New Profile.
Will keep you informed.
Many Thanks for all your help

I've just had the same problem with one of our machines here, running XP SP2
and Outlook 2003SP2. I can print anything except emails within Outlook.
After doing some playing around I found (on this system atleast) that the
problem seems to be related to HTML emails. If I forward the same email and
set it to plain text it prints off fine.
I then was able to resolve the problem by going into IE and reseting all the
security options to default and changing the HTML editor from Word to
Publisher and back again. After that the emails started to print without
problem.
No idea why this worked, just glad it did.
Hope this helps with your problem. Andrew.
