Previously I was instructed to run regsvr32%windir%\system32\ole32.dll. and this was refused to be accepted by my computer. As soon as I entered your code (although I did have to enter it twice to leave a space after regsvr32) the file was immediatley accepted and I could print off a message once more. This solution came as a great relief to this 72 year old operator. I too tried to enter this solution without luck till I read what you wrote and tried that and I can now print. I needed to be able to print out some travel e tickets and thanks to you both I can.
