Try this: click 'Start|Run' and enter the following:

regsvr32 ole32.dll

Click OK.  Please let me know if this works.

I have been trying for several weeks to overcome the problem with printing an
e-mail message, and any previous solution hasn't worked. Previously I was
instructed to run regsvr32%windir%\system32\ole32.dll. and this was refused
to be accepted by my computer. As soon as I entered your code (although I did
have to enter it twice to leave a space after regsvr32) the file was
immediatley accepted and I could print off a message once more. This solution
came as a great relief to this 72 year old operator.
Best regards from Peter Winslow

A Big Thank You to Hal for the solution to the printing problem and Thank You
Peter for the tip on leaving the space. I too tried to enter this solution
without luck till I read what you wrote and tried that and I can now print. I
needed to be able to print out some travel e tickets and thanks to you both I
can.
Great work guys
Thanks  Rose

Many thanks.
I was begining to give up trying to fix it, and having to use copy and paste
into Word forever.
Another satisfied customer.

Paul

Thank you very much.......I have looked all over microsoft.com and couldn't
find a solution to my OE printing problem, but your recommendation worked
like a charm. Thanks again.
