Changing Printers in Outlook 2003

Hi everyone,

I know this must be a very basic printing question, but when I highlight an
e-mail message, choose File, then Print, I cannot change the printer (the
printer drop down is disabled). If I open the e-mail and then choose Print,
I can change the printer just fine. This makes it difficult to print
multiple e-mails to a non-default printer! How can I change the printer?

Thanks,
Bob L.

Just the way you're doing it.  Without opening the message and printing from
there or changing the default printer in Printers and Faxes, you can't
change printer selection.  FWIW, this is one "Feature" that has been
corrected in Outlook 2007.
