You'll probably find add-ins that will do this via a search at
www.slipstick.com
Selecting all of them and then sending to OneNote and printing from there
might work. You might need the Send to OneNote Powertoy for that - not sure
if the ability is built-in or not.
I just printed multiple emails to the Microsoft xps printer. I didn't need
any extra clicks. All I did was select them and print to that printer. All
were printed in the one xps document.
That doesn't work with the pdf printer?

Hi Bill,
Thanks for your reply. No for the .pdf printer. I don't have OneNote,
I guess I should go look for it and give it a try. Do you know if it
will also print any attachments?
Thanks again,

I don't think so for attachments.
I omitted attachments in what I tried and posted. They might be what are
giving you that extra prompt I don't get.
