How do I change the font size for the appointments when I print the calendar.
I can change the font, but not the size. When I view the calendar it looks OK.

You get better printing with the Calendar Printing Assistant. Get it from
here:

I tried the Calendar Printing Assistant. The problem I have is that I manage
individual calendars for 3 physicians in addition to my own calendar. In the
Calendar Printing Assistant, my own calendar is the default calendar, when I
try to print the calendar for one of the physicians it prints duplicate
appointments for all but the recurring appointments.  ANy ideas?

Sorry for the late reply.
I'd expect it to work ok. Does the physicians calendar have duplicate
entries. You might just need a bit more practice with the software.
