Outlook 2003 only prints 8 appoinments in a monthly one or two page
view. This has grown to be a very Inconvenient limitatation. Does
anyone know a solution?

See if anything here does the job:

I am the IT tech at my firm.  While all our internal machines/printers
seem to be fine, I have a user who is printing to a home printer from
our terminal server.  He has shown me that on his home computer he his
print out only has 8 appointments in the weekly view.  What kind of
printer are you printing to?  Do you have access to another type of
printer to see if it can be related?  My hunch is that a windows patch
must be at the root.  We are running an exchange 2007 server but have
Outlook XP/2002.
