Hello, I got several problems when printing HTML emails in Outlook 2003. (
Not sure with
the other version because we got only 2003 )

1. The font size turns out very small from the print out while the email
looks normal from the screen.

2. With some emails, it shows only the content but not the message header
( from, to, subject..etc )

I think I am not the only one having the problem but how come there are
still no solution, this is really annoying...

Anyway, please kindly reply if you have any idea and I am willing to try
everything to sort out the problem.

Thanks
W

I found this step-by-step for the missing message header problem however
there are nothing
i can found about the font size problem.

Here are 3 different things people are doing until Microsoft releases a fix
that you could try:
1.
Click on File and choose Page Setup
Choose Memo Style
Select the radio button for Landscape
Click OK

2.
I have found that increasing the left and right margins in IE7's Page Setup
to 0.625" (or more) from the default 0.5" also seems to solve the header
printing problem.

3.
Well - we temorarily got around this by checking the 'read all standard mail
in plain text' (tools->Options->email options) in Outlook 2003
