Hi all,

Office 2003 with Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003 on a XP box. Word prints
fine, Outlook doesn't print at all. When I open a mail item and hit either
the print icon or select File/Print nothing gets send to the printer and no
error message is displayed. Word is selected as the Editor. When I display
the Inbox and go to File/Print, the dialog box comes up with the memo style
highlited. The default printer is displayed but greyed out. If I select
Table Style, the printer box is available for selection of printers and the
print job works. We tried a reinstall without success.

Does anybody have an idea what is going on here?

Thanks,
Claus

It's the HTML issue. I still would like to fix it, but rich text works fine.
