Printing HTML documents in Outlook

I have a user who is trying to print html documents from
outlook.  All other emails are printed correctly, but with
html documents, the margins are out of whack.  It cuts off
some letters on each line.  I know that the margins for
outlook html emails are set by page setup in IE, but
changing those settings doesn't seem to help. What else
could be causing this printing problem

Garry,

I am having an identical problem.  HTML emails are
getting clipped at the end of each line.  I have tried
printing to a number of different devices (a few
different printers and a PDF) and the result is always
the same.  The last few words of each line are clipped.

If you get a resolution to this problem or have any
further insights, please pass them along to me.

Thanks,
Robin
