I go to the sent items folder and select two messages.  I want to print them
both on one page.  I go to file/print and the box that says "start each item
on a separate page" is checked and greyed out.  This does not allow me to go
into it and uncheck the box so that I can get more then one message per
page.  What do I need to do to have access to this box.  Thanks in advance
for your help.

You need to change your email format from HTML to RTF
to do this...

TOOLS|OPTIONS|MAIL FORMAT|

Then change the "Send in this mail format" setting for your
print.
