I am in need of knowing how to have Outlook print all
email of the same subject matter automatically.  These
emails are already being sent to a sub folder using the In-
Box Assistant rules.  But I have yet to figure out a way
to have them print without highlighting them.  It would be
of a great help if these simply appeared in the printer
without any key/mouse strokes.

Set up a rule in the rules wizard saying anything with
subject line of X then print.

I failed to mention what version I am working with Outlook
97.  I have searched for a print command in the In-Box
Assitant area and can not find such.  Does the 97 version
not have such an option.

You can use the product MailPilot*IN from http://www.addonmail.com that add
some great rules as printing
