I have no doubt that this issue has already been addressed by someone in
this newsgroup, but with a cursory examination I don't see it immediately
and I need to get this person "off my back" before I go crazy....
She wants to print incoming email simply as a "record" of its receipt,
ESPECIALLY if there is an attachment to the email.  Ordinarily (it would
seem) when an email is printed, there is an "icon" of an envelope at or near
the bottom of this printed email that would reflect the attachment.
However, something now has changed( possibly something that she altered
without knowing) that no longer allows this "icon" that represents the
attachment to be printed.
How can I restore the "icon" so that her printed email WILL reflect this
attachment?
Anyone's assistance with this is greatly appreciated .....

We have this problem often. You need to change the message
formats to RTF. if already on RTF changing them to HTML
will usually do it.

Open Outlook - Tools - Options - Mail Format -
