Is there any way to avoid printing the list of all
recipients of the email.  I receive emails that have been
addressed to dozens of other people, and I'm running out
of paper!

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Rob E

I also am searching for this exact information, as I too
have the same problem. Can anyone address this?

Hi

You can use the product MP*Print from http://www.addonmail.com that allows
to define exactly what you want to print (originator, recipients, subject,
...). This product is integrated in the rules wizard of Outlook

Gilles
