I had this problem a while ago with a users machine. found some ref o
MS site saying to change the page setup on the IExplorer.
worked for me. :
I have made the changes to the IE page setup to ensure that they are the same
as the outlook page setup. Is it because we are using Word 2003 as the
editor, does the Word page setup have to be the same as well?
