I have a user when he prints a HTML e-mail the first couple of letters gets cut off the left hand side. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have been dealing with this problem for a week and still nothing?? I have the same issues to an HP 1100 printer. Is it because we are using Word 2003 as the editor, does the Word page setup have to be the same as well? I changed the margin in IE, then the printout back to be normal. Do you know the margain wll save or not after reboot the computer?
