Hi,

I'm hoping someone may be able to shed some light on a
problem I've been asked to resolve.

I work in a large Department of the UK Government and we
often have very extensive .cc lists to emails , which when
printed can run to a couple of pages of A4 or more.
Additionally the footer/disclaimers can also add
additional pages.

Is there any way to deselect these field before printing?
The instructions lead into changing the view, which
removes the fields on the PC, but the printer still
selects them.

TIA

Andy

Since posting this message my account has been hit by 5
spam emails containing a virus payload. I wrongly assumed
this MS newsgroup would be relatively secure, but it seems
th eaddresses are being harvested. Anyone else had a
similar experience?

Andy

Whenever I need to forward an email that's been twice
round the planet, I simply delete all the email addresses
from the main message body, you may as well do that before
printing it.
