Can't print HTML msg's

Running Outlook 2003 on XP Pro and Exchange 2003.  I have
a user that can print Plain Text msg's all day long but
when she tries to print an HTML msg her print options
aren't available.

To get print options, she'll need to open the message. Get SP1 for improved
HTML message printing.
