Outlook 2003 will not print a letter from contacts when
word 2000 is installed. Error message indicates wrong
version of Word. Surely outlook 2003 should interface with
word 2000 or I have i been duped any help much appreciated

Outlook 2003, select Tools, Options, Mail Format and
uncheck any boxes relating to Compose in this message
format: HTML. You most likely have a check box to use Word
to edit email messages and/or use Word to read Rich Text
email messages. Then click OK after clearing the check
boxes.
