We had an employee leave the company and have a new user
using that computer.  I've gotten all the settings I can
find in Outlook changed (including our Exchange Server).
However, when she prints anything from in Outlook, the
name shown at the top of the page is still the old user's
name.  Where do I change this?

Thanks

You can try going into Word, then Tools -> Options and
checking the user information there.  That could be the
problem....
