Hi All,

I cannot figure out what is going on. I am able to print
from all other applications. I am at a loss....

When I try to print an email in MS Outlook 2003 I am
getting the following message:

Line: 1344
Char: 1
Error: Unspecified Error
Code: 0
res://C:\WINNT\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

get access to another xp system that can print
and import this registry key after backing up and deleting your copy
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Interface\{0000000c-0000-0000-C000-00000
0000046}
