Hi,

I have a user that wants to do a right-click on a message
in the inbox and print it without opening it.  On email
formatted in HTML, we get the message "Please open HTML
email before printing".  The user would like to print
without opening it.  Is on Outlook 2003 and have applied
SP1 for Outlook.  When I forwarded the same message to
me, I am able to print without opening.

Any suggestions?

The user will need to follow the instructions and open the message. It can't
be fully rendered for printing unless it's open.

Thanks for the response.  But I forwarded the same email
he was having problems with (did not have any images,
just straight text) to my exchange account and I was able
to print that message without opening it.  I haven't been
able to duplicate the problem with any HTML formatted
email on my machine.

Do you have the same IE versions and operating systems on both machines?

I believe so because I've kept up with Windows Update
(all updated for XP SP1) on both machines so they should
be on the same version.  Also kept up with Office
update.  Is there something I should look for in IE?

It would be interesting to know for certain what the settings are.
