Outlook 2000 Printing an X for an Image

When printing an Outlook 2000 email a html src code that
contains an image will not print.  All I get is an X.  
This is happening on 2 workstations within the company.  
Here is the code.

This was remedied by updating Office to sp3.

This was corrected by installing sp3 for Office.
