setting up print margins

whenever I print an outlook express email, the printer
works with a negative left margin.  I always loose the
first one or two letters of every line.  I have found no
way to do "page setup" or the equivalent.  All I want to
do is to tell this machine to move the text over to the
right.  in fact, simply to realise it has to leave a
margin.

For good text, I am forced to copy, paste in Word and then
print.  Surely, there has to be a way to set page or print
area in Outlook?

Thanks

Norm

under FILE, Print... (Crtl P), look in the middle of the
dialog box for "Page Setup...", click the "Paper" tab and
go to the bottom to change the margins.

Mary, are you talking about Outlook Express, or just plain
Outlook?  There is no Page Setup option in the Print
command in Outlook Express anywhere.  I have been looking
for almost a month on how to fix this same problem.
