We are using O2K with W2K SP4 on a SBS2K3 network.  When one of my users try
to print on the default printer (HP5si, a network printer used by the rest
of our office) she gets a lot of  pages that have 1 letter on them.  When
she tries any other printer, it freezes on her.  No other application (Word,
Excel, special apps) freezes.  They print as they should.

She has a local printer that does the same thing (freezes).   What should I
do to make sure she doesn't freeze?

Never mind.  I solved it.  It was in the Page Setup.  Something about the
default paper size as custom instead of Letter.
