Anyone know in outlook 2002 how to print an email to show an attachment was
apart of it?

There's gotta be some sort of bug, because in OUtlook 2002 if you print
preview it shows up.  In OUtlook 2003 you can't print preview html emails
anymore, but I presume that it would show them too, it's only when you
acutally print the email that they're removed...

Anyone have a solution?

Somewhere here it mentions the following:
for Outlook 2003 there's a specific Service Pack that re-enables it
for Outlook 2002 you have to do the following:
  Open the email messge
  Edit | Edit Message
  Format | Plain TExt
