I am receiving an e-mail report from ou
ERP system. I would want to print the e-mail without the any of th
e-mail information (title, receiving mailbox name, header, o
footer). That is, I just want the body text to print
Not only that, but the width of the body is 132 characters wide.
need to force this to fit on a landscape 8.5"x11" page with .25
borders
I will commonly be receiving and printing 50 or so of these e-mails a
one time, so I would like to be able to do this efficiently. I'd als
rather not screw up the formatting of my normal e-mails
How can I accomplish this
Thanks in advance

In both Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 and Microsoft Outlook 2002, the header
information (the information in the From box, the To box, and the Subject
box) is not printed if one of the following conditions is true:
a.. The message that you print is in the Drafts folder.
b.. You print a new message that you have not sent.
c.. You print a reply to a message that you received before you send the
reply.
d.. You are using Microsoft Word as your e-mail editor.
