I have tried to copy a new
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Interface\{0000000c-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} from another machine that can print, but with no luck.

Have you found out anything. One of the people at my company is having the
same problem, and I can't figure out what's wrong. We are on a Windows 2000
server using Terminal Services. And no one else is having this issue and
they are all set up the same. It just started probably a couple weeks ago --
maybe about the time you sent your e-mail.

One more question. Have you ever tried to print the Outlook Today screen?
This person uses that, and has not been able to print that either - started
the same time. When she tries to print, all she gets is a blank page, no
matter what printer she chooses. I'm just curious to know if the problems
are related. Again she is the only one that has this problem.

I actually have somebody encountering the same issue with the exact errors
and codes. I tried clearing temporary internet files and disabling third
party browser extensions in IE, per some suggestions found elsewhere on the
web, but the problem still exists. This one also began about a week ago.
Any ideas from anyone out there?
