I have recently upgraded a computer from Office 2000 Pro to Office 2003 Pro
(Windows XP SP2, Office 2003 Pro SP1). I was able to import the Outlook 2000
pst file. Everything appeared fine but now whenever she prints out an email
for her file, it will have an incorrect header at the top of the page. It has
someone else's name in the company, a date from February, and a subject not
related to the email being printed. I have turned the headers off and on but
it still prints incorrectly. I have even deleted the Outlook profile and
started over. This computer was not handed down from one person to the other.
She has always had this computer. Any suggestions?

I had this problem as well.  I think the problem lies with Outlook 2003
One of my users allowed some one else to setup an Outlook profile o
her laptop.  After the other was done using it, the original use
switched back to her profile. But every time she printed out of he
inbox, the others users name was on the header.

I went in to see if the other profile was completely gone, it was.
However, I noticed she wasn't using Cached Exchange Mode.  Afte
checking that, and a restart of outlook, the right name now appears i
the header.

I guess I would try that.  Make sure you are using Cached exchang
mode, this could explain why the time and month are wrong...Is th
person able to work offline with the updated emails
