Hi
A user here can print 99% of emails fine to a network printer.
However recently she has started to notice that she cannot print certain
emails from a colleague. the print does not go to spooler wither from the
Print Option under Files, or even by clicking on the Print icon button.
Her colleague sent the same mail to other colleagues and they are fine.
What can I check.

The signature was corrupt. The mails printing okay did not have it on them.
Outlook has an option to use signature on mails being forwarded or replied.
