I have a C# addin that is creating HTML-based IPM.Post items.  The HTML
appears to be ok.  The items are added to the folder properly and if I
preview an item and choose view source, I see the HTML.

The problem is that the images won't download.  I have the Outlook
option to not download images turned off.  images in my normal email
message download automatically.  I am assuming that there is some
setting (possibly MAPI setting) that tells outlook to go ahead and
download all the embedded images but I have not found it.

Any help appreciated.
